The Association is a non-profit organization of legal persons. The main object of its activities is protection of environment of the Upper Turiec region, preparation and building of the dump for solid communal waste in Horna Stubna, conceptual solution of waste problems of the Upper Turiec region. 4.5 million Sk of the association’s current assets is the town share.
2. NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION: HELPING PUBLIC HEALTH OF UPPER TURIEC

The Foundation is non-profit financial mergence of founders, physical and legal persons of the Upper Turiec region for a purpose of supporting public health and for providing medical equipments. With the support of this organization the Emergency Medical Care Station has been founded; 1.5 million Sk from its funds has been used for an ambulance purchase.
3. CIVIC ASSOCIATION: HEALTHY TOWN AND REGION OF TURCIANSKE TEPLICE

The main aim of this association is projects and activities coordination focused on health, healthy environment and lifestyle, social area, culture, tourism and presentation. One of the most important undertaking organized by the association since 2002 is “The Walk through Fairytale Forrest” to celebrate International Children’s Day in which 200 performers and 400 children participate.
