The contributory organization Technical Services was established by the Town by a founding letter on July 1 1992. The statutory representative is the Manager who is appointed by the the Municipal Assembly at suit of the Mayor. The main activities of the organization are summer and winter maintenance of local communications (roads), their repairs and building, road signs maintenance and repairs, operation of thermal pools, tennis courts and an artificial ice-ring, public lightning maintenance and operation, public greenery maintenance and formation, communal waste disposal and separation, solid waste dump supervision, collection separation, and transfer of secondary waste materials, cemeteries and Cemetery Houses for farewell ceremonies with deceased operation, public toilets operation, traffic and mechanization services, commercial and supplying services.

The contributory organization Agency for Cultural Affairs and Information was established by the Town by a founding letter on November 16 1995 with effect from January 1 1996. The statutory representative is Manager who is appointed by Municipal Assembly at suit of Mayor. The main activities of the organization is production and organization of culture events, supporting and coordination of art creativeness, museums and galleries operation, arranging audio-visual programs, the Internet and  cinema operation, production and organization of culture and public events according needs of the town, posters stoppers, and notices production, producing and selling of local periodicals (Teplicke zvesti/Turcianske Teplice News), copy and blue printing services, production and realization of  local amplifier-broadcast programs, information services for residents and visitors, courses, trainings educational sport and recreational activities organization.

3. EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
Four Elementary Schools were passed over under the town administration on July 1 2002 because of powers transfer from the State administration (the Elementary School on Skolska Street with legal subjectivity, the Elementary School in Horne Rakovce, Dolna Stubna, and Diviaky). The Basic Art School with legal subjectivity and five Kindergartens (the Kindergarten on Skolska Street, in Horne Rakovce, Diviaky, Dolna Stubna a Turciansky Michal) were merged on January 1 2004 into four schools with legal subjectivity:
